In 2004 Eternal Ink was founded in the USA, already in 1976 Terry Welker started to work on the tattoo colours. The tattoo ink formulation was constantly improved, developed and expanded to a wide range of more than 200 Eternal Ink tattoo inks. Today Eternal Ink is produced under strict hygienic conditions. It conforms to the German Tattoo Products Regulation and is marketable for Europe according to Resolution ResAP(2008)1.
