A good alternative: nitrile

But what do you do as a tattoo artist with a latex allergy? Or if your customer complains about it? Then it is best to use a latex-free nitrile glove.

Nitrile is not quite as elastic as latex, but it is more puncture-resistant and provides a very good tactile sensation. The "artificial latex" offers optimal protection against infectious diseases and high protection when handling many chemicals. Examples of use:

• For simple hygienic hand disinfection, rub your hands with the solution and keep them moist for 30 seconds.
• For surgical hand disinfection, on the other hand, not only the hands but also the forearms are rubbed with Unigloves skin and hand disinfection and kept moist for 5 minutes.
• As a disinfection before tattooing, carefully rub the skin of your clients with the solution and keep it moist for 15 seconds. If the skin is rich in sebaceous glands, the skin is kept moist for 10 minutes after rubbing. Caution: As with all solutions containing alcohol, reddening of the skin and a slight burning sensation may occur during rubbing.
• For cooling compresses dilute the Unigloves skin and hand disinfection with the same amount of water.
• With Unigloves skin and hand disinfection you can also clean your working material.
• Or you can apply the solution to a wipe and clean your work surfaces with it.
